How delivery works
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch takes 1–5 business days after checkout for a physical-pack order or a shipping request. Tracking is available once your shipment has been sent.
We ship worldwide to any country with a shippable address. International and special shipping requests may require a custom USPS or UPS rate.
Instant-pack cards
Cards revealed from instant packs stay in virtual inventory until shipping is requested. When you are ready, use “Add shipping to cart” in virtual inventory and complete checkout.
We ship all your kept cards by default. Contact us before shipping if you want to hold any cards back.
Physical mystery packs
Physical mystery packs are delivered for you to open at home. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Combine your shipment
Kept cards from instant packs can ship together with a physical-pack order. Email us before dispatch with your physical-pack order number and the kept cards you would like included. We may also contact you to confirm the shipment contents.

For eligible cards, request 90% of the locked card value as store credit within 24 hours of reveal, or 85% afterward. Cash buyback is 80% of the locked card value, paid through PayPal or Zelle.

What is a digital pack?
It’s a pack you purchase and open on the website. A card you hit is a physical collectible you can manage through virtual inventory. Physical mystery packs are a separate product format, shipped to you to open in person.
Where do I find the packs I purchased?
Sign in to the account used for your purchase and visit unopened packs in virtual inventory. Paid packs appear there when your order has been processed. If something is missing, contact us with your order number.
Does every opening contain a card?
No. Results depend on the pack. “Or nothing” packs include the chance of a miss, so an opening may not award a card. Read the pack’s description and available odds before purchasing.
