Returns and refunds

Refunds and returns depend on the product type, order status, and whether a virtual pull has already been opened or shipped.

Instant-pack card buyback

For eligible cards, request 90% of the locked card value as store credit within 24 hours of reveal, or 85% afterward. Cash buyback is 80% of the locked card value, paid through PayPal or Zelle.

Card buyback is a separate option from a product return or order refund. Review the quote in virtual inventory before submitting a request. Requests may require review; submitting a request is not confirmation of payment.
